Legacy Planning provides financial consulting, products and services for individuals and small businesses. Since 1995, we have provided value to our clients through dedicated service to them and commitment to their financial well being. Our mission is to build meaningful relationships with our clients so we can help them achieve their lifestyle and legacy goals.

We offer an initial consultation free of charge. During that time we listen carefully to your specific questions and concerns. This is also a good opportunity to get a second opinion on existing investments, life insurance and long term care plans. In addition we will introduce you to “The Core Four,” our unique approach to comprehensive financial planning.

Since we are independent financial advisors, we do not offer “house brand” products and we do not have sales quotas. We give advice and recommendations based upon the unique needs, objectives and investor profiles of our clients. We address a client’s overall financial situation and understand that one size does not fit all.

Legacy Planning is a member of the Better Business Bureau of North Alabama. Our financial advisors are CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professionals. The CFP® certification identifies individuals who have met the rigorous experience and ethical requirements of the CFP® Board, have successfully completed the financial planning coursework and have passed the CFP® Certification Examination. Our advisors are members of The Financial Services Institute.

Our broker-dealer is ProEquities, Inc., headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama. ProEquities is one of the premiere broker-dealers for independent financial advisors in the United States. Proequities uses the services of Pershing to execute and clear general securities transactions. Pershing has a dynamic presence on the New York Stock Exchange, and other major exchanges, while servicing over 1,100 financial organizations throughout the world.
